Orlando’s Best Blends

Orlando is known for many things — Ok, maybe just Disney World– but one thing it lacks is a big “healthy- food scene”. These are my go-to juice bars and smoothie spots.

Skybird Juice Bar and Experimental Kitchen

The Zucchini pasta – Zucchini,Pine nuts, Sprouts, Baby
spinach, Cashew Parmesan, Marinara sauce

Inside a mural of all things O-town, this shop offers juices, smoothies and acai bowls. All named after our city beautiful.

  1. These blends all sound amazing! I’ll have to save this list for when I’ll travel to Orlando. I love a healthy blend that gets me all the vitamins I need, mostly if I travel for a long time! xo

  2. These blends look sooooo healthy….I will def try these when I visit Orlando. These are the types we need companies to make and not the sugary ones that harm one’s health. Thanks for sharing, Liz. I love your blog
